This ...Nice post Allan & thanks for the links.<br /><br />This subject always makes me think of those horse & cart rides you can take as a tourist to get a "great view of the city"<br /><br />The ride wouldn't be so great if all the horse dung/poo wasn't collected & cleaned away. The owners of the horses know that a quality ride doesn't involve horse excrement <br /><br />So yes, you could continue the horse & cart rides around the city without taking the time to clear up behind the horse, but that poo is going to keep on building to a point where the customers can't/won't be on the rides.
